In 1937 Edward, Woodrow, and Jay Crawford returned to Washington. On the trip there they visited Bonnie Crawford and his family, Helen, Juanita, and Mary Ann, in Rocky Ford, Colorado. During this trip they also visited Frank and Nellie Ogg in Twin Falls, Idaho. Nellie Ogg was the sister of Jack Crawford, the father of Edward, Woodrow, Jay, and Bonnie.
